Overview
The R.S. Gavai Memorial project is a dedicated digital experience built to chronicle the life, political journey, and immense contributions of the visionary leader. By bridging deep historical archives with modern interactive technology, the platform makes his legacy accessible and engaging for today’s audiences.
Challenge
Preserving a vast historical legacy for modern audiences presents a unique challenge. The goal was to digitize decades of life events, speeches, and political milestones, transforming static archival records into an engaging, multi-lingual experience that resonates with visitors of all ages and technological fluencies.
Approach
I focused on building an intuitive information architecture to carefully organize decades of historical data. My UX strategy prioritized accessibility and dignified aesthetics, designing a frictionless, multi-lingual user journey optimized for physical kiosks to ensure every visitor could navigate the rich history without cognitive overload.
The Solution
The final experience bridges history and innovation. It features a robust interactive kiosk interface that guides users through his life's journey, an integrated AI-driven avatar that delivers his historical speeches, and a streamlined library management system to house his extensive archives ultimately turning a traditional memorial into an interactive learning environment.
