Overview
Elevate-U is an AI-powered platform that makes soft skills training engaging and accessible. By blending personalized learning with gamification, it helps users master communication and leadership to accelerate their careers.
Challenge
Traditional soft skills training is expensive, generic, and boring. Users often drop off due to passive video lectures and a lack of real-time feedback. The goal was to design an affordable, highly engaging platform that keeps users motivated and delivers measurable results.
Approach
Using the Double Diamond method, I conducted deep user research to identify key friction points. My UX strategy focused on reducing cognitive load, designing a frictionless multi-lingual user journey, and introducing bite-sized, interactive learning to build user confidence.
The Solution
Elevate-U transforms upskilling into a daily habit. It features AI-driven course personalization, a smart progress dashboard, and gamified challenges like crosswords and puzzles to maximize retention and make learning fun.
